Plants missing from my order. No response from seller

I only received 3 of the 5 plants I paid for from Harmony. I contacted them four separate times in the following weeks. I never received a response. On top of that, while it is more common in this day and age with growers, the begonias I did receive were barely rooted and poorly established plants. At least be honest in the website description and label the plants as 3” starters. I was hoping for more than barely rooted cuttings swimming in oversized pots. It’s a big disappointment, because I love the begonia varieties they produce. I wanted to buy more plants, but can’t shop with this grower again.
