This is my third subscription box,and I’ve been super hopeful for the different type of begonias that I was hoping would be offered in the subscription. I have noticed that the begonias that are offered are Rex begonias that are super cheap and you can basically get them anywhere. There are so many types of begonias that harmony foliage offers that could be added to the subscription boxes. I have even been in contact with someone at Harmony‘s foliage explaining to them my concerns with the box. So unfortunately, I will be canceling my subscription until they decide to revamp the whole subscription box.

I think that the begonias in the mystery box are cute, but the type of begonias are very basic,and they’re not the type of begonias that I thought would be coming in the subscription boxes. I would say that the packaging could be a lot better, because when I go to open the boxes, there is soil completely everywhere, and what they use the stuff around the plant takes forever to pick out of the begonias. Overall, I think the subscription boxes are okay. I do think there should be a little bit of improvement with some things.

BEWARE!!!! I signed up for “Harmony's Begonia Mystery Box 4 inch Set of 3 Subscription” received my first box, delivered from a different company named Bubbleblooms that I’d never heard of before. I shrugged it off, as they included an info tag saying it was a new sister company to the aforementioned. Plus, the begonias were beautiful. However, I didn’t receive my second box, so I reached out two separate times to inquire. Crickets. I’m beyond disappointed at the lack of customer service. Not to mention I placed another order couple of orders that were both incorrect. Ordered a “parrot pitcher plant”, but received a sweet pitcher instead. Ordered a ‘Star Dragon’ begonia, but received something else. Like, what? Is this the twilight zone??

I’m so happy that I took a chance on BubbleBlooms! I’ve been staring at my Starry Night begonia for weeks now! It’s my absolute favorite. However, I was surprised to also have a second favorite- the Bullseye begonia is an absolute showstopper🤩 I can’t get over the amount of iridescence that shines off these humongous leaves. It’s beautiful. My third begonia was a Pink Cadillac, that has beautiful pink and minty hues. 12/10!
